QUARTERLY REVIEW MEETINGS WITH YOUR ADVISER
This will include investment valuations and specific comments or recommendations.
An update relating to your circumstances and risk attitude will be conducted.
Monthly file reviews will be conducted by your adviser.
Regular investment newsletters will be sent out throughout the year.
You will also receive email or telephone alerts as appropriate.
Service Times: - All correspondence from providers will be processed within 24 hours and all your queries will be responded to within 36 hours. The time involved by your adviser will typically be 14 hours per annum. The time spent on your affairs by the back office team will typically be 18 hours per annum.
